I started off this month with an annoying cold. Some colds really knock you off your feet, but not this one. It was just there, bothersome enough to be worthy of acknowledgment, but not so horrible that I couldn’t keep on working. 

Insurgent – First Colony Book 10 is going through revisions and I’m on schedule to release in mid-April.

Woohoo! 

This is the 20^th book I’ve written since 2013. I feel like I’ve hit a milestone. The next milestone is 50 books, which I plan to reach in 10 years. Check back in 2030 to see if I achieved my goal. 

Production of the audiobook for Insurgent will begin shortly after the book is released. I’ve reached out to Scott Aiello, and the book is on his schedule. I’m hopeful the audiobook will be published by June. 

Another noteworthy thing worth mentioning is that Genesis – First Colony Book 1 is in Prime Reading on Amazon for the next 90 days. The book is FREE for anyone who is a member of Amazon Prime, so if you haven’t read Genesis or know someone who might enjoy the book please check it out. What’s Amazon Prime? It used to get you two-day free shipping when you ordered from Amazon but has now expanded into a bunch of stuff. 

What’s next?

I’ve actually already started writing my 21^st book titled – Acheron Inheritance. I’m about 20% through writing the first draft. This book is in a new series that I will release this summer. 

New series audiobooks? Definitely, but it’s too soon to say when they’ll be released, or who will narrate them. 

What’s next for First Colony?

The next book in the series is titled – Invasion – First Colony Book 11. I will soon begin planning that book. I’m aiming to release this book by the end of the summer, so late August – early September time frame. 

I will get back to work now because . . . deadlines.

Harbinger – First Colony Book 9 audiobook has been released!

I'm really pleased that we were able to get the audiobook for Harbinger released so soon after the book was released (60 days). This is much better than the seven months it took to get Fracture (Book 8) released. That's a whole other story.

Scott Aiello continues to give a stellar performance helping to bring these characters to life.

What I’m working on?

Insurgent – First Colony Book 10 – Currently writing. The expected release will be in April 2020.

I’m also writing a book in a new science fiction series that I plan to release over the summer (2020). 

I’m usually late with coming up with titles for the books that I’m writing, but not all the time. The title for First Colony Book 10 is Insurgent. This book will continue the storyline about a year after Harbinger left off. That’s all I’m ready to divulge about the book at this time. I’m aiming to release this book in mid-April.

When will the audiobook for Insurgent be released? I’m not sure. I’ll be working with Scott Aiello to get on his schedule for the book. When I have more concrete information, I will post it here.
