with all 9 of the preveouse books in the series there has ben an option to bundle the audiobook with the kindle book from the kindle store to get a discount on the audiobook. Is there any reason why this is not possible with the 10th book?

It should be possible, but it’s not something that I have control over. I would suggest you contact Amazon and ask them about the bundling option for the audiobook.
